What Is Frequency Raising™?
Frequency raising is both an educational and practical platform to help people know they can make a difference. It helps people understand that they can make a difference in this world by first choosing to change themselves by raising their own frequency, then they inevitably contribute to changing the world for the better. Frequency changes taking place incrementally on all levels of who we are as humans is part or our mass awakening and collective ascension process. It is part of our natural evolution as a planet and as humanity living upon her. This natural evolution takes place both individually and collectively. We can amplify and accelerate these processes through our focus; our attention and intentions; our willingness to do the inner work, to ‘go within’; and through our love for humanity and for the earth. This is how we can raise our frequency and change the out-pictured world around us by changing ourselves from within. We, and the world we live in are holographic. Just like in a hologram when we raise our individual frequency in who we are as a holographic being, the signal is sent out to the holographic “whole” of creation. It can’t be any other way. So the question becomes in all of our thoughts, actions, emotions, beliefs, and attitudes – are we moving towards unity or away from unity into divisiveness or separation consciousness?

What is frequency raising>
Everything has a specific frequency including ourselves; our physical organs, our emotional state, and our thoughts. Rather than being static – all of these exist within a range of frequency from lower frequency or vibrational states to higher frequency states. In the case of our bodies, our organs and their functioning lower frequency states are reflected in the health or our individual organs or body. Do we have disease or injuries which affect certain organs or our functioning? What stressors do we have in our lives? So the basic question with everything in our lives becomes are we moving towards unity or division?
How can I raise my frequency?
All of these states can be shifted into a higher frequency state through conscious awareness and application of certain principles, practices, and processes. On a physical level there are healing practices that promote the body’s own natural healing processes, along with specific energy and meditation practices that increase the “chi” or life force in the body. There are practices that increase the amount light we are able to access, download, carry, and anchor within our bodies. Likewise that are many modalities we can use in doing inner work with our shadow, recognizing subconscious belief systems that are programming our behavior and lives, and upgrading and shifting our emotional states. What kind of results are likely to happen?
Raising our frequency results in greater cohesiveness, harmony, and a feeling of peace within ourselves. There can be improvement in our physical expression, our health, and our outlook on life. Life becomes more positive and less of a struggle. As we make different choices on our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels we come into greater alignment with the planet and our “innate”. On a spiritual level we establish a greater awareness of our relationship with our higher self, our Councils of Light, and God or Source.
How will it make a difference?
By our willingness to do the inner work within ourselves, by honestly being willing to look at “what is in the space” which are all of the attitudes, beliefs, and assumptions we have about ourselves, about others, and about the nature of our reality, we can begin to assess for ourselves what is truth and what are lies. We can then step into our roles as Light Workers, As Starseeds, as Magdalenes, and as the Awakened Ones doing our part assisting in this monumental shift of consciousness we are currently in. We’ve all rehearsed on the inner planes for eons for this precise moment in time. We are the way showers and the mentors here to awaken humanity to their true nature beyond what society, the educational systems, religions and other societal structures have taught which have kept us enslaved, suppressed and repressed not understanding out true potential and inner authority. As we can reclaim our inner authority, access our potential, and are in touch with our soul purpose we are each bringing forth in these time, we help humanity to raise their frequency collectively so we are in alignment with Mother Earth and her ascension process and we also can then be part of creating all of the systems of the emerging “New Earth”.
