I, and others I know, have felt a roller coaster of emotions, particularly sadness as of late. Even though I am weathering a barrage of my own challenges lately when I tune in and ask my guides I am told that it is more the collective sadness of the mass consciousness rather than anything of a personal nature.

As I have shared throughout the years, we as Magdalenes, as Lightworkers, and those who are awakening not only hold and amplify the light, however, we really do more than that. Besides holding and anchoring the light we also serve to release the built up stress and emotional pressure of the mass of humanity yet unawakened. We are like valves releasing the pressure in an emotional pressure cooker of humanity through allowing these states to just move through us.

I learned long ago to just let the emotion flow through me like a rain squall moving through. I give myself permission to feel the waves of emotion as they pass through and if need be, to cry and/or express the emotion until it runs its course. Just like being in a rain squall, I remind myself that the sun will come out again. This is one of the ways we are serving humanity in these times. It is to remember to not hang on to what is moving through nor to judge it, just let it pass through like a rain squall. Part of it also is that we are all being affected by the massive disclosure of all of the nefarious activities, manipulation, destruction of our society, and exposure of evil forces in our world which appear to be crushing us but just like the weather that is not the truth.

I have two channeled messages to share helping us to remember who we are and what is the real truth. The first, is an excerpt of a message which came forth almost 20 years ago from my best friend Kay, who had passed away a couple of years before I received this message. Her passing took place a few years after leaving this cult that we were both in. The full message I share in my upcoming book, Raising My Frequency, A Spiritual Life Awakening to the More of Life. I was blown away by how pertinent it is to the state of the world right now and it addresses what our place and responsibility is in relation to what is being exposed.

 

Excerpt of Kay’s Message to Me

 

“The time of the predators is up and you can help by dissolving the behavior and the manipulation. You hold that protection in your belly. Padma (the of the cult we were in) and the group, that is the manipulation, the dark side that is losing power, momentum and force. It has become a farce. We all chose to be a part of that to diffuse and diminish the power of what once were powerful ruling forces throughout history on and off your planet. What is happening now is individuals like us are choosing completion of these experiences carried in the soul in order to, in physical life, break the spells and dismantle the codes and the control. That can only happen through participation on a human level when we individually make a choice to transcend and go beyond as you, I, and others have done. We are the code breakers that are dismantling the grids of evil manipulation and control. It is powerful work. And we need to do it by living it and rising beyond the intimidation, control and fear.”

Even though Kay was addressing the experience of being in the cult all those years ago I believe her message applies perfectly to our world and situation today of the dark forces and our role in being the midwives (as the Magdalenes refer to it) of the shift of consciousness. The next channeling I am sharing form the Hosts of Heaven reminds us that we are in the midst of a huge cosmic ascension shift which is also all part of it. Again, it is for us to remember who we are, why we are here at this time, and to not get caught up in the temporal drama.

“Looking at the earth from the cosmic level in a sense she can be viewed in one reality as the pain, the scarring, the destruction, and the impact of self-absorbed actions and thinking. Negative attitudes and beliefs on the part of humanity seem to contribute to the earth looking wounded and ugly, almost to the point of being irretrievable but know that this is not so. We and Mother Earth are only going through the harshest of initiations of the darkness to find out that not only Mother Earth as a being, as a planet, as an entity, is stronger than all life put together which exists upon her but she is pulling Divine Wisdom, Divine Purpose, Divine Light, and Divine Guidance forward through her transformational ascension, as are all of you. She is ascending whether you choose to be in alignment and to go with her or not.

It is an unstoppable process connected with all of those beings of cosmic nature: the sun, the moon, the other planets, the solar systems and indeed the other constellations and galaxies for all are involved. They are all nurturing her and protecting her as she goes through this process. They are holding her gently, using this metaphor, gently in their hands as if she were a wounded baby bird that is being assisted to come back in to health, into strength, and into alignment for she will indeed fly and become the Eagle and the Condor now.

Just as the stress in a tree forms great knots which then becomes the trunk’s greatest areas of strength, she will emerge through this initiation as an amazing representative in the universe for the success of her transformational journey. All of you who incarnated and are choosing to awaken, who have lined up to crawl upon her back for this transformational ride on her coattails will serve as profound agents of both giving and receiving great insight and wisdom as long as you stay in focused alignment with her in sharing the process of escalating levels of joy as her and your shift continues to occur.

It is, as you know, to focus on the joy, on the upliftment and on the excitement of the journey for this is what will carry you forward. There will be many thresholds which initially might bring up some trepidation or fear as you are asked to surrender in faith, again and again, any feelings like you are stepping off a precipice.

However, know you are always caught and brought to the next highest level, and the next highest level, and the next highest level and so on for this is the journey now at hand. You are all being instructed from the other side and know how to do this.

Now focusing from your position on earth channeling back to the cosmos, acknowledge the microcosm of who you are. Feel the energies pouring forth from all ends of the universe, from all dimensions, all levels, all civilizations, star beings, and all those assisting in this process; for it is not only about your ascension and your planet’s ascension but you are, in a sense, the prototype for the dimensional ascension of all for you are laying down the groundwork. You are laying down the awareness. You are laying down the expansion of creation for you are the beings who were given conscious creation and free will to do this.

And, as you know, this does not exist in the same way in many, if not most other places in the universe. You are quite unique in this capacity. That is why you are all being minutely watched, helped and assisted so that you may not falter, so that you may collectively and individually bring a focus forward and bring forth the new dawning of creation for indeed that is what is happening. And as the communication takes place, hold the cosmic level of your being in your awareness. Nurture and foster this brilliant transformation within you. Take and receive all the help offered, receiving that which grows you individually and collectively. That is part of this exchange as it were. For it is the God within the whole, within the cosmos, connecting with the God within the microcosm, within all levels of form and creation. It is God meeting God, meeting God, meeting God that goes on like your mirrors into infinity, for this is your task at hand. Then there is no question and no doubt, all is God. You will be assisted and shown more clearly how to do this.”
